33rd Annual Rural Life Celebration This beautiful event was hosted by Ascension Catholic Church in Bastrop, TX on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. Mass was celebrated with the Most Reverend Bishop Joe Vásquez. The reception and dinner followed in the parish hall. Congratulations to Rev. Ramiro Tarazona, pastor of Ascension Catholic Church in Bastrop, who received the Rural Life Clergy Award for 2022. James and Janet Rathmann received the Rural Life Award.
